PARÉS BALTÀ

Parés Baltà is a family winery with a history dating back to 1790. We are dedicated to the production of organic and biodynamic wines and sparkling wines, carefully fusing tradition with innovation and creativity.

The responsibility for winemaking rests in the expert hands of Mª Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas, winemakers and wives of Joan and Josep Cusiné, who represent the third generation of the family. The distinctive quality of our wines, characterized by their strong personality and concentration, yet elegant and balanced, is a reflection of the knowledge, effort and dedication of this talented team.

We grow our grapes in five of our own estates, located at various altitudes, ranging from 170m to 750m above sea level. This diversity provides us with a wide variety of soils and microclimates, giving each of our wines and cavas a unique personality. 

Since our foundation, we have farmed our vineyards organically, and since 2012, we have adopted biodynamic practices certified by Demeter. In addition, we have a flock of sheep that contribute to the natural fertilization of the soil, and bees that play a crucial role in pollination, bringing the essence of the Mediterranean ecosystem to our grapes.
