Mayor Pisani is an accountant with expertise in integral ecological territorial development. Since 2005, as a visionary administrator, he has worked hard to protect and revitalize Cilento through political actions focused on experimenting with innovative models and enhancing dormant resources.

He promotes the ecological consciousness of a region that has been fortunate to inherit immense wealth from a historical, cultural, and naturalistic standpoint. He was the President of the International Slow City Movement, and today, he serves as the Italian coordinator for the Città Slow Network, the coordinator for Small Municipalities of ANCI for the Campania Region, and is a delegate for the “master plan for the regeneration and enhancement of the southern Cilento coast”; Pollica, Italy.
