Dr. Chiara Gai, an expert in healthy and sustainable gastronomy, is dedicated to exploring human performance in education and the workplace.
With more than 20 years of experience designing, coordinating and delivering training programs at all levels, Dr. Gai is a training manager specializing in pedagogical innovation, nutrition and productivity coach, and mentor of profiles with high intellectual abilities.
She is also co-founder of Food-Life Balance, a company dedicated to guiding organizations in research, training and communication for talent development, sustainable productivity and corporate wellbeing.
Together with Barcelona Culinary Hub, she is researching through the Sustainable Competitiveness Barometer the current and future situation of the Foodservice sector in Barcelona, in relation to the green and digital transition.
