Graduated from the Hoffman School, Gonzalo Hernandez has worked in some of the most important kitchens in our country, from Can Jubany to Jondal, passing through Heart Ibiza, Pakta and Hotel Visitabella. He also has international experience at Gaggan Restaurant in Bangkok which, with two Michelin stars, was voted the fourth best restaurant in the world. After being responsible for the opening of Jondal Restaurant in Ibiza, Rafa Zafra has entrusted him with the kitchen of Amar Barcelona, a restaurant located in the well-known Hotel El Palace.
