IMENE TRABELSI TRIGUI

Imene is a full professor of Marketing at the University of Sfax (Tunisia) Department of Management, PhD from University of Auvergne (France), specializing in olive oil and agri-food marketing. She is the former Director of the Marketing Research Laboratory for 4 years. She has been recently appointed for the position of Head of Promotion Department at the International Olive Council.

She is an Olive Oil Sommelier from Olive Oil School of Spain (ESAO) and contributed significantly in scientific research programs funded by the EU in collaboration with renown universities. She has been active in international consultancy in the field of olive oil quality and marketing. She is the Executive Vice President of the American Women in Olive Oil organisation responsible of innovation strategy and programs. She has been invited in many olive oil international competitions as a judge in olive oil tasting.
