LEGUMECHEF

The Legumechef campaign is part of a worldwide effort by the U.S. Pulse growers association to show why lentils, beans, chickpeas and dried peas are considered the “superfoods” of the future. 

Established in 2001 to help professional chefs in Spain respond to the growing demand for more plant-based foods, the Legumechef campaign offers a range of informational materials and trainings for restaurants and institutional chefs, dietitians, nutritionists, food processors and consumers.
