Millera began his career as head chef, before taking the role of corporate chef for the Mediterranean. For the last eight years Millera has been the corporate culinary advisor for EMEA. Millera is passionate about his profession, teamwork and integrating sustainability into every step taken, in line with the Iberostar’s group strategy.
