Climate Smart Chef Simone Walli is the Culinary Art & Onboard F&B Service Concept Manager at Austrian Airlines. Born in Salzburg, Austria, the chef graduated from tourism school in St. Johann in 2001 with a degree for kitchen and service. From 2001-2004, she studied of psychology in Salzburg and Vienna, while maintaining by jobs at various coffee houses in Vienna. In 2005 she started working at Austrian Airlines as a flight attendant, and in 2022 she began her position at Catering & Hospitality Department at Austrian Airlines for menu design.
