Teresa Pérez has been the manager of the Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional Organization since 2008.
She holds a degree in agricultural engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and specializes in Agri-Food Industries and executive management. She’s an expert in olive oil, with work experience in both Spain and Italy.
From the origins of the Interprofessional’s official mandate (2008), Teresa Pérez, together with the governance bodies, has designed strategies in different areas of activity and has led their implementation and execution.
